Assessment Tool

I found this concept on the Howard-Suamico Website and adapted it to make it a bit more fun/kid friendly. This is a great assessment tool, as you can change each star to say the concept you just learned.  For example, if you just talked about adjectives then make one of the stars say "I used an adjective".  It shows the students exactly what they are going to be graded on. Click here to get a copy!  ENJOY!

  1. Hey thanks! I like that little form. It could be used as a quick assessment for the kiddies who tend to be careless with that kind of thing. Then you could show them how well they did with one sentence, so why not all of them? Ha ha.
I've just joined your blog. Have a great year!
